Remodeled Lakewood Home coming on the Market soon

A success story in the making to demonstrate the best way to sell a home. This home is just completing the remodeling stage and is almost ready for Coast Home Staging to do their magic. When it does go on the MLS sometime next week, it will include a very special marketing plan to show off this really beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located near Carson and Palo Verde in Lakewood Carson Park neighborhood. Many other Realtors just put up a sign and try to sell a property without doing the preparation work. My experience is that you put a great deal into preparing including remodeling, updating, cleaning, and Home Staging. Watch for more stories, fliers/information, and MLS listing very soon.
I’ll include some before and after photos as well and describe some of the work that was done from the initial Home Staging consultation. Karen Keating, our Master Stager from Coast Home Staging, is preparing to stage this really gorgeous home. It’s fairly small at 1,210 sq ft, but it’s beautiful and a great family starter home. The exterior paining and front yard stone work is complete and landscaping has started.
