StagedHomes.com, the largest Home Staging Training company in the world, publishes statistics gathered from Accredited Staging Professionals and shows that over 94% of Staged Homes sell within 33 days. This compares to homes that were on the market for an average of 196 days before staging. They also report that staged homes spend an average of 83% less time on the market compared to non-staged homes.
These statistics were gathered from the Internation Association of Home Staging Professionals from Jan to May 2010 in surveys from over 1,000 homes across the United States. 62% of these homes were vacant and 38% were occupied.
