We coached the investor through all the changes including paint / color, carpeting, tile, fixtures, and landscaping. We had staged a beautiful executive level home in Yorba Linda (5 B/R 4.5 bath, 4,300 sq ft home with a pool, maids quarters, family room, and bonus room for $1.1M) in July 2009. The home owners called us before they went on the market and knew they need some help. We gave them a consultation with a to do list and they spent a few weeks painting, cleaning, moving furniture, etc. Once they were 90% done with their list, they called us back to have us finish. We added missing artwork, trees, plants, accessories and just a few pieces of furniture. They went on the market and sold in 3 days! This was a success story just by itself.

The real success story here was the neighbor about 1 block away who had the same house with the identical floorplan. They had thier house on/off the market for almost 2 years with no offers. They saw our vehicles and signs and called us to come coach them. What was funny is that their house had almost the same issues as the first home before we started.
