Coast Home Staging was a pleasure to work with and they have a very good eye for design and what sells a home. Before using Coast Home Staging I always thought the use of a professional staging company was expensive and probably not necessary most of the time when selling a home. Not only do I think that it helped sell my listing quicker, but we put the home in escrow at over 10% more than the highest sold comp in the area. It yielded a lot more money to the seller in our case. Even staging inexpensive homes here in Southern California, I would think the benefits would still far outweigh the costs of staging with a professional company such as Coast Home Staging.
